The villa, completely in stone, has two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a large fireplace and French doors that lead directly outside and allow you to enjoy the view of the garden. Wooden roof beams characterise the room furnished in a simple but functional manner. A large masonry kitchen is superbly equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, 5 ring hob, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. A comfortable brickwork staircase leads to the upper floor composed of three double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower.

Sperlonga is an ancient medieval village among the 32 most beautiful in Italy. Perched on a rocky outcrop facing the sea with a spectacular panorama of the Pontine islands, the Circeo promontory and the islands of Ischia and Capri, this splendid town has some of the most beautiful beaches and inlets on the Latium coast and has been awarded the European Blue Flag (among the 8 cleanest beaches in Latium) since 1996. Completely pedestrianised with characteristic white alleys, bars and typical small shops selling local products and handicrafts, not to mention the archaeological sites, Sperlonga offers tourists an unforgettable atmosphere and the pleasure of returning! A few minutes' drive will take you to the neighbouring tourist centres of Gaeta (Km 20) and Terracina (Km 20) with their beaches equipped for bathing and characteristic historical centres and monuments. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
