House of Stars is nestled in the heart of the hills of Sperlonga, amidst gentle slopes and the greenery that surrounds this villa overlooking the Intignano valley and the sea.

The villa is on two levels, furnished with original pieces tastefully chosen by the owner.On the ground floor one enters a large and bright open space with an open kitchen overlooking the living room; a double bedroom with a view of the garden and a large bathroom complete with bath and large shower compartment complete the floor. On the upper floor another living room houses sofas, a dining table and a piano for pleasant evenings; double bedroom and bathroom with all amenities. Large terrace to enjoy the suggestive panorama equipped with table and chairs.The atmosphere is intimate and cosy for a pleasant holiday.

A covered patio with table and chairs, sun loungers and parasol equip the large outdoor spaces for sweet relaxation and to enjoy the panorama and the coolness of the hills in complete tranquillity.

An ideal place for those who wish to relax away from the chaos of the city without giving up the proximity of the neighbouring tourist centres: the historic centre of Itri only 8 km away with its Norman Castle; the centre of Sperlonga 8 km away with its characteristic village, shops and wide sandy beaches equipped for bathing. Possibility of hiking and mountain biking, horse riding along the trails and on the beach.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
