Villa with swimming pool amidst the woods of Manziana and the green hills of Lake Bracciano, a few kilometres from Rome. The villa is located on a hill 2 km from the centre of Manziana. Surrounded by greenery, it is ideal for a pleasant stay in the Latium countryside, in an area rich in natural resources, woods, lakes, thermal and archaeological sites. It is an independent villa with internal parking and private swimming pool.

The villa consists of a main flat, with 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 triple, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 large fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooking utensils, double living room with sofas and tables, panoramic terrace overlooking the pool and the hills of Lake Bracciano; a smaller flat, with 1 double bedroom, 1 triple, 1 bathroom with shower.
For short stays, 2/3 nights, only bed linen will be provided. The two flats are connected by an internal staircase.The use of water is only for sanitary use, to drink guests must use packaged water, of which they will find a good supply on arrival.

The villa has large outdoor spaces, gardens, a panoramic terrace, gazebo, outdoor tables and chairs, deckchairs and sun loungers, sunshades, barbecue area, wood-burning oven and internal parking. At guests' disposal is a private flat-bottomed swimming pool, alt. mt 1.45. mt 12 x mt 6, and an outdoor poolside shower.

At guests' disposal are 4 mountain bikes. A ping pong table. One table football. Two baby beds.

The villa is in an excellent position for visiting enchanting landscapes and archaeological sites such as: Lake Bracciano with its medieval village and castle, the Manziana woods, the Stigliano thermal baths, the magnificent waterfalls of the "Parco della Mola" near Oriolo, the Latium coastline with the beaches of Santa Marinella and Santa Severa and its ancient castle, the Etruscan tombs of Cerveteri and Tarquinia.
