The structure has two internal and 3 external floors. It has a separate entrance and ample outdoor spaces including terraces and vantage points for enjoying life in the open air. The French window in the living room leads directly onto the large sea-view terrace furnished with table and chairs and a charming shade sail over the dining area. Another completely independent bedroom with double bed, panoramic window and air conditioning is located outside the villa. On the terrace there is an outdoor, sheltered shower with hot water, barbecue and outdoor washing machine. The furnishings are neat and refined (iroko parquet and Vietri ceramic tiles). The house is air-conditioned with heat pump elements to enjoy it, together with the fireplace in the living room, even during the winter period.
