Holiday House Stella is a cosy and bright house located in Nepi, in the province of Viterbo. Ideal for families or groups of friends, with ample indoor and outdoor space, Holiday House Stella has two floors; on the lower floor there is a large living area with a single sofa bed, an open kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms both with air conditioning and access to a first porch and a single bedroom also with access to a second porch. A relaxation area and a second bathroom complete the ground floor. The rooms are very bright and characterised by clean lines and a minimalist design with white walls that reflect natural light. Attention to detail is perceived in every corner of the house, with a harmonious colour palette and quality materials, making the environment elegant and welcoming. Outside, a large garden offers the opportunity to spend pleasant moments in the open air, enjoying the tranquillity and beauty of the place. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
