The living area is conceived as an open-plan space, where the kitchenette merges with the living room, furnished with a sofa bed that can offer additional sleeping accommodation if required. The equipment includes essentials such as a gas cooker, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as a washing machine for shared use, located in the building, to ensure our guests all the comforts of home during their stay.

Outside, the communal garden is a peaceful outdoor oasis where one can relax, read a book or simply enjoy the tranquillity of the place. Although it is a place designed for relaxation, it should be kept in mind that the use of barbecues is not authorised, however, the surrounding nature and outdoor activities that the area offers more than compensate.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
