This beautiful house is located in the village of Gardone Riviera, one of the most characteristic and exclusive areas on the western shore of Lake Garda. It lies roughly in the centre of the lake, close to the northern mountains of Riva and Limone and the livelier towns to the south, such as Sirmione, Peschiera and Desenzano.

Gardone Riviera is a small but lively town. In addition to the famous Vittoriale Museum and the Botanical Garden, numerous events such as concerts and street festivals take place in summer. The lower part of the town overlooks the lake with its elegant promenade, while the upper part, which starts on the hills just beyond the lake, is very characteristic and offers several typical restaurants and bars.

Guests have exclusive access to the house, which has an independent entrance. There is also a large private courtyard and a private terrace, both with splendid views of the lake, and two small gardens near the rooms on the -1 floor, which are the exclusive property of this house. The swimming pool is shared with the other villas in the complex.

This beautiful detached house, recently renovated (end of 2019), is located in a residential complex with which it shares a swimming pool. The entrance to the house is private from the road on the upper side of the complex (Via Belvedere), where there is also free parking right next to the gate. To reach the house from the road, there is a staircase of about two steps. In front of the house, there is access to a private garden with a large covered and paved area where it is possible to eat outside while enjoying the beautiful lake view. At the entrance to the garden there is also a private terrace with sun loungers, which offers another breathtaking view of Lake Garda.

Entering the house, we find a living room, also with lake view, and a large fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads to the sleeping area, where we find the master bedroom with a large double bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom with bathtub. There is also a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a second bathroom with shower. On the top floor of the house there is a second living room with smart TV, a third bedroom (bed 160x190 cm) and a third bathroom, also with shower. We welcome all our guests on arrival to show them the property and hand over the keys. Please contact us before your arrival to arrange a check-in time.

ARRIVAL BY CAR OBLIGATORY: The house is located in a private complex, about 2 km from the centre of Gardone and the entrance of the Vittoriale (D'Annunzio Museum), and about 2.5 km from the lake. The ferry stop is in Gardone Riviera. The road to the upper part of the village is rather steep.

Tourist tax not included. House on 3 levels. Stairs from the street to the house. The shared swimming pool is on the opposite side of the residence (lower part). Late or early check-in must be requested in advance. Additional charges may apply.

Conditions et délais de paiement

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
