A few steps from the Vittoriale degli Italiani in a characteristic street in the centre of Gardone, an independent flat with all comforts and a balcony with a wonderful view over the lake and the surrounding mountains.

There are several public car parks in the vicinity of the building. The flat can be reached by car. The elegant historic centre of Gardone offers an oasis of tranquillity immersed in a unique atmosphere thanks to its architectural features that make it one of the most beautiful and characteristic villages in our country. A few steps from the flat is the Vittoriale degli Italiani. The centre of the village is equipped with all services, lovely shops and characteristic bars/restaurants. Passing through the beautiful and well-kept gardens, it is possible to reach Gardone's lakefront in a few minutes on foot, where there are several clubs and shops, the beaches as well as a beautiful promenade.

The flat is located on the second and last floor and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a large double bedroom with private bathroom and shower, a room with a single/double bed and a further bathroom with tub. Both from the double bedroom and from the living room it is possible to access the terrace from which you can admire a fantastic view over the whole lake Garda, the surrounding mountains and the historical centre of the village. Possibility for guests to use a washing machine located in a room on the ground floor of the same building where the flat is located; this space is shared in use with another flat.

Starting from Gardone it is possible to visit all of Lake Garda comfortably either by car, bicycle or on foot along the many evocative signposted routes. Furthermore, from the port of Toscolano Maderno, which is only a few kilometres away, you can take the ferry to reach all the towns on the lake by water. If you want to relax, you can choose from the many spas in the area.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
