Inside, the house boasts modern air conditioning, which ensures pleasant temperatures in all living and sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso machine, coffee machine and milk frother and offers direct access to the terrace - ideal for cosy coffee hours outdoors. Two stylish bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single sofa bed, offer luxurious sleeping comfort and have lake views on the upper floor and garden views on the ground floor. Two chic bathrooms with shower, large washbasin, bidet and WC as well as a sauna, a whirlpool bath and an additional WC on the ground floor round off the space on offer.

The outdoor area of the house is a real holiday dream. The garden includes a terrace with a large dining table and cosy lounge furniture, ideal for relaxing in the open air. The heated pool with lounge area invites you to take a refreshing dip, while the barbecue and outdoor shower perfect balmy summer evenings. A table tennis table with bats and balls offers additional leisure fun.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
