The new two-room apartment in a small villa enjoys a breathtaking lake view from the large furnished terrace, embracing the grandeur of the surrounding mountains and the uniqueness of Montisola, an established tourist destination and the largest lake island in Central and Southern Europe. The swimming pool in the common areas literally overlooks the lake, with a solarium offering views for miles.

Situated on a mezzanine floor and covering 45 square metres, the two-room apartment features modern, quality furnishings, which combine the moderately bright tones of the flooring with the vibrant shades of red and blue of the carpets, perfectly in harmony with the softer accents of brown, grey and white of the furnishings. The living room with a large French window overlooking the lake has a table, a kitchen with induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Italian coffee machine, kettle, sofa with peninsula and a hanging flat-screen TV. The flat includes a modern double bedroom and a bathroom with shower cubicle and wall-hung sanitary ware. There is a private garage and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Nearby, about a couple of kilometres away, is the centre of Parzanica, a typical historic village with the Romanesque church of the Holy Trinity, and the hamlet of Acquaiolo with several rustic-style houses. A few minutes away is Tavernola Bergamasca, a small town with a beautiful medieval town centre overlooking the lake and all amenities.

The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 15 October from 9 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Just over an hour from Milan, Bergamo and their respective international airports, Tavernola Bergamasca is distinguished by its picturesque lakeside promenade characterised by narrow streets and medieval settings, above all the Fenaroli Tower that dominates the village. Opposite is Montisola; heading north towards Lovere, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, the road that runs along the Bogn gorge, with its natural arches, is a must; to the south, the road skirts the lake shore for several kilometres, making the area an oasis surrounded by water. A short distance away are the Franciacorta wine cellars, the Presolana massif for high-altitude hiking, Valcamonica for archaeological tourism with its 300,000 rock engravings, the slopes of Colere, Montecampione and Monte Pora for hiking and skiing, and Boario for spas.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
