The 92m² holiday flat has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard. It is equipped with all the amenities to make a longer holiday as pleasant as possible. The entire flat has an oak plank floor. Old stone walls and wooden ceilings have been integrated into the modern flat, giving it a very special charm. The entire flat has windows or balconies overlooking the piazza and the inner courtyard. The flat welcomes you with a large open-plan living/dining room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony that looks directly onto the "piazza". The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a balcony that leads to the inner courtyard. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin and has a window overlooking the piazza. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. In the corridor there is a storage room where the washing machine, hoover and all necessary cleaning materials are stored. Air conditioning in high summer and underfloor heating in colder seasons are an essential comfort and make a stay very pleasant all year round. Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat. San Felice del Benaco is a natural, tranquil place that is lively all year round. The village is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, where you can take wonderful walks or cycle tours. In the nearby villages you can savour the original, regional cuisine in simple trattorias. Winegrowers are happy to invite you to sample their produce. The public beach and the small harbour are only 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot or by bike. Four well-known golf courses, such as the legendary "Garda GC", "Arzaga GC", "Bogliaco GC" and "Colombaro GC", are in the immediate vicinity and can be played all year round in mild temperatures. The beautiful town of Saló with its marvellous lakeside promenade, elegant shops and good restaurants is only 5 km away and always invites you to take a stroll. The interesting cities of northern Italy, such as Verona, can be reached in less than 1 hour. Legendary Venice and fashionable Milan are 1 1/2 hours away!
