The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a microwave, airfryer and Nespresso coffee machine. A separate bathroom with bathtub/shower and private washing machine completes the offer.

The private balcony guarantees absolute privacy and invites you to relax with a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Como, cosy chairs and a table. Sophisticated outdoor features, including fly screens, also allow you to watch TV outdoors.
