The spacious and bright living area is adorned with windows overlooking the pool and a lounge with a fireplace, ideal for moments of relaxation and conviviality. For relaxation, the two elegant bedrooms offer delicate tones of grey and white and a serene and refined atmosphere, with one of the rooms opening onto an extra space, perfect for an additional relaxation corner.

Outside, Orione has a porch furnished with wooden furniture, positioned next to the house, ideal for savouring the peace of the surrounding greenery. The swimming pool, measuring 10x15 metres and varying in depth, together with its relaxation area equipped with sun loungers and parasols, promises moments of leisure and tranquillity in the sun.
