This 150 m² flat is located on the first floor to the left and is designed to accommodate six to eight people. There is direct access to two large living rooms with sofas, armchairs and coffee tables and then to the large kitchen with a cooking island, equipped with a wood-burning oven, grill, fireplace, gas cooker, microwave, a large refrigerator with freezer and cooking utensils for eight persons. To the right of the kitchen is the dining room with a table and seating for eight, as well as another living room with two comfortable armchairs and a pull-out sofa bed for two (165 x 190 cm). Returning through the living area, one reaches a staircase leading to the bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor.
