In a hilly position, in the small hamlet of Acquanera, about 2 km from Piobbico, stands this modern-style cottage.
A place surrounded by woods and hills, where you can regenerate thanks to the pure, crisp air; ideal both for those seeking a relaxing holiday and for those who love moving around and practising sport.
In fact, we are located at the foot of Monte Nerone, which offers the possibility of nature trails, hiking, trekking, horse riding, canoeing, fishing, and other sports in contact with nature.

The flat is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living space consisting of a living room, with a fireplace and sofa, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. A large French door leads to an outdoor area where you can eat and enjoy the view of the surrounding green hills.
On this floor there is also a double bedroom with an armchair-bed.
On the upper floor there is a second double bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for one person and a bathroom with shower.
A separate entrance on the ground floor leads to a double bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The characteristics of this space make it suitable for accommodating persons with disabilities.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
A few metres from the property, on the other side of the quiet street, a large swimming pool surrounded by ornamental plants awaits you, for the exclusive use of guests, where you can devote time to sunbathing and refreshing baths.

The location of this villa allows you to reach the town of Piobbico in just 5 minutes by car, where you will find all the main services, restaurants and supermarkets. A short distance away is Apecchio, famous for its craft breweries, where you can also discover the small surrounding villages with their traditions and the various events that are organised throughout the summer.
