The holiday flat is located in a privileged position, just a few metres from the historic centre of Bastia Umbra, 4 km from Assisi, a Franciscan place par excellence, and a stone's throw from the exit of state road 75 - Bastia Umbra Fiere. Near the flat are supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies and restaurants. The Rocca flat, elegantly furnished with all the necessary amenities, enjoys a privileged position for visiting historical and artistic monuments throughout Umbria. The flat is located on the first floor of an elegant building renovated in 2009 and consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, electric oven, table with chairs and cooking utensils, and a double sofa bed, a hallway with washing machine for the exclusive use of guests, a bathroom with shower, sink and bidet, 1 bedroom with double bed and a large French window that opens onto a 40 sq m terrace.
