La Carlina is a lovely flat located in the characteristic historic centre of Cannobio and is only a few steps away from the picturesque lakeside promenade. The accommodation was renovated in 2022, respecting the latest safety standards. The modern furnishings and the layout of the rooms offer comfortable accommodation. A private covered garage only 100 metres away completes the flat. The flat, 45 m² of living space, is located on the first floor of a historic building undergoing complete renovation. At the entrance there is a small corridor furnished with a clothes rack, shoe rack and comfortable wardrobe. This is followed by the lovely open space, divided into a comfortable relaxation area with a sofa bed and satellite television; a kitchenette with a large selection of kitchenware such as an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Finally, a cosy loft with a double bed. The bathroom has a large shower and bidet. You are only allowed to arrive at the stairs near the flat by car for quick loading and unloading of luggage. Services and shops are within easy walking distance.
Walking along the lakefront, you can reach the famous Lido di Cannobio in just 15 minutes: a large area with a sunny beach part and a shady lawn part; a football pitch and two beach volleyball courts. The area is very windy and suitable for all sailing sports. The landing stage to reach various destinations on Lake Maggiore is 50 metres away, the bus stop is 300 metres away. Cannobio is a charming municipality located in the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, in the region of Piedmont, Italy. Located on the shores of Lake Maggiore, Cannobio boasts picturesque views of the cobalt-blue waters and surrounding mountains. It is renowned for its characteristic lakeside promenade, embellished with colourful medieval houses, shops and cosy cafés. The historic centre is dominated by the majestic parish church of San Vittore, while the Saturday market, one of the largest in the area, attracts visitors from all over with stalls selling local produce, handicrafts and gastronomic delights. Cannobio is also popular for its beaches, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the lakeside panorama, and offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities, such as hiking, water sports and walking along the surrounding trails.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
