Free towels, bed linen, and bicycles are available. Guests can enjoy the large garden and use the barbecue. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating for maximum comfort.
The interior of this residence can accommodate up to 10 guests with all the necessary comforts, including an annexe. The flat has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds with the possibility of adding an extra bed on request. In order to ensure maximum comfort regardless of the season, each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The practical and fully equipped kitchen, together with the supply of towels and bed linen, makes your stay even more comfortable.

Surrounded by a 1500 square metre garden, the exterior of the flat offers an oasis of peace and tranquillity, with exclusive access to a barbecue for unforgettable outdoor barbecues. For exploration enthusiasts, bicycles are available free of charge to discover the surroundings. Furthermore, for longer stays, guests can count on the included use of a washing machine.

Our villa is located just 700 metres from the beach and 6 km from the centre of Bari and the renowned Pane e Pomodoro beach, offering easy access to beautiful beaches and essential services, also by bus. The surroundings allow you to enjoy not only relaxing on the bay of San Giorgio, but also to taste the fruits of our garden during the season, such as figs, grapes, pomegranates, lemons, oranges and peaches. A transfer service from the airport is available on request.
