The holiday home is located at the southernmost point of Apulia, near Santa Maria di Leuca, on the Ionian side of the sea. Quietly situated on a small hill, it offers a beautiful panoramic view of the coast and the surrounding Mediterranean landscape. The nearest village is Castrignano del Capo, approx. 2 km from the holiday home. Santa Maria di Leuca is a pilgrimage destination with a small pilgrimage church, where the Adriatic and Ionian seas meet. The hinterland, the Murgie Salentine, is characterised by its rusty-brown soil, giant cacti, gnarled olive trees and the occasional fig and almond tree, stone shelters and peaceful and slightly quirky Murgia villages.
