A recently renovated location, characterised by pleasant finishing touches, cared for in every detail to offer guests the best comfort. It blends in its furnishings, the Apulian tradition with an innovative design that meets the needs of guests

The flat is equipped with every comfort and is finished in every detail. It is located about 400 m from the beautiful coastline: a quiet street, easily walkable on foot. It offers reserved car parking and has a private garden for relaxation.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need: TV, electrical appliances and utensils of primary necessity. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The use of air conditioning is autonomous and is not included in the price: a meter monitors consumption, which will then be paid for by the guest at check-out. When you enter the property you will find the flat already clean and supplied with everything you need, including one set of sheets and one set of towels (shower towel + face towel + guest towel) per guest. Included in the price are electricity (excluding air conditioning), water and gas utilities.

The Deluxe "Il Pero" flat welcomes its guests in a living room with an equipped kitchenette, and has a sleeping area on the first floor organised with a double bed and a bunk bed, for a total of four beds. A balcony belonging to the bedroom (on the first floor) and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor complete the accommodation. Guests staying in the Pero can relax in the flat's lovely and cosy private garden. Each flat is equipped with all the utilities of primary necessity.

The Ionian coast overlooks San Pietro in Bevagna, marina of Manduria: land of the Messapi, steeped in charm, culture and history. You will be fascinated by the excursions aimed at discovering the most beautiful artistic rarities inherited from the Messapi, an ancient population settled in the Salento peninsula, to learn about the origins of Primitivo di Manduria at the Museum of Primitivo di Manduria Wine. All this while savouring the best local gastronomy and enjoying our splendid beaches that stretch across the Heel of Italy.

Services on request for a fee: change of bed linen, towels and flat cleaning.
The facility provides each change (both sheets and towels) washed, sanitised and packed by a specialised external laundry. Bed linen is charged to the guest. Bike hire is available on site. A deposit will be requested at check-in to cover these costs should they be required.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
