Villa Cosima (the sister of Villa Vittoria) is located in a secluded and therefore secure residence with a very rare private, direct access to the fine sandy beach (free of charge) with infrastructure in the popular holiday destination of San Pietro in Bevagna in Apulia.
Villa Cosima is in newly renovated condition and equipped to a high standard.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
