Villa Vittoria (the sister of Villa Cosima) is located in a secluded and therefore very secure private residence with other terraced houses.
The private residence has a very rare private, direct access to the free and fine sandy beach with infrastructure in the popular holiday destination San Pietro in Bevagna in Apulia.

In front of and behind the house there is a furnished, partially covered terrace with an electric marquise and a garden area with numerous green plants.
The living area and kitchen have been newly renovated. It is equipped with high-quality Bosch appliances, including an induction hob, dishwasher, oven and fridge-freezer.
Your car can be parked right next to the house within the private residence (remote control for the entrance gate).
The approx. 80m² living space includes a spacious living area with open-plan kitchen and guest WC, as well as a daylight bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor.
Outside there is an outdoor shower.
The house is supplied with drinking water.

Optional WLAN (landline connection) and laundry package can be booked.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, floor-to-ceiling windows, doors, fly screens and electric shutters, each with access to a terrace or balcony.
Villa Vittoria has been renovated & is equipped with every comfort. There are shops, restaurants/pizzerias and cafés in the vicinity of the holiday home.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
