Marina di Pulsano is a small seaside village 18 km east of Taranto, a summer holiday resort with long sandy beaches alternating with small bays, a fine sandy beach and crystal clear water, with all amenities such as fish restaurants, pizzerias, grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacy and church, all within walking distance, and a regular bus service to the capital Taranto, where wineries offer wine tastings in autumn. The 25 m2 flat consists of a single building with kitchen and dining area, double bed and separate bathroom. Outside there is a covered pergola with barbecue, pizza oven and large dining table and other garden furniture. A carport is at your disposal. The flat is ideal for 2 people, possibly with a child. The house's own 13 metre offshore sailing yacht can be booked for day trips for fishing, snorkelling or sailing courses.
