The flat is part of our holiday house in a villa with garden, consisting of 4 flats all on the ground floor. We are in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, but not isolated, surrounded by greenery for relaxing holidays, with sea view. We are 5 minutes from the beach, with a large garden equipped for outdoor dining and sea view. area suitable for outdoor walks!

the garden is completely fenced and safe also for children and equipped with garden furniture, (with an area for outdoor dining, with wooden table and chairs for the exclusive use of each flat). For your barbecues we have barbecues in an equipped area (with wooden veranda and gazebo) on reservation (free of charge), where you will also find a small playground for children.
