The Residence is located about 800 metres from the Rena Bianca beach, where you can find bathing establishments (for those who wish to hire parasols and sunbeds), diving centres and bars and restaurants offering a panoramic view of the Bocche di Bonifacio. The impressive tower of Longosardo watches over the town.
From the modern marina, it is possible to reach nearby Corsica and the beautiful archipelago of La Maddalena Island.
Around the town there are other fascinating beaches: La Marmorata, Cala Sambuco, Cala Balcaccia and Baia Santa Reparata. Towards the promontory of Capo Testa you will find the beautiful beaches of Rena di Ponente and Rena di Levante.
But the real symbol of Santa Teresa is the Valle della Luna (Moon Valley) where hidden coves emerge. The area is the magical setting of the Musiche sulle Bocche festival. In the direction of Palau you will find the granite pools of Valle dell'Erica and enjoy the enchanting peace of Conca Verde.
Nestled in a forest of centuries-old olive trees three kilometres from the town, the copper-clad dome of the Buoncammino church shines. Also not to be missed are the nuragic archaeological complexes: Lu Brandali and Sa Testa.

The recently renovated residence consists of 21 flats, distributed on the 1st and 2nd floors, furnished in a modern style and arranged around a beautiful swimming pool. The Mono4 flat (25/30 sq m) consists of a living room/kitchenette, double bed, double sofa bed 2 poufs convertible into a single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony of variable size (equipped with small table and 2 or 4 chairs). Inside you will also find all the necessary amenities: air conditioning, TV, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board on request, hairdryer, a beach umbrella. First supply of bed linen and towels included.

Reception is open daily from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00. Check-in is guaranteed from 17.00 to 20.00. For expected arrivals after 20.00, it is mandatory to inform us in advance, otherwise check-in is not guaranteed. Check-out is by 10.00 a.m. Please note that the cleaning of the kitchenette and the disposal of waste is the responsibility of the client, otherwise penalties will be applied.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
