The apartment is located in the well-known centre of Santa Teresa, inside the Residence Le Pavoncelle, in a quiet location at just a few minutes walking from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach and from the town centre.

The apartment is located inside the Residence Le Pavoncelle in “Via Pertini” street, in the well-known centre of Santa Teresa Gallura, a small town by the sea, which comes alive during the summer among aperitifs, sunset walks and music. The Residence is located in a quiet position and at just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, characterized by fine sand with dazzling colours and clear blue waters, which have been awarded several times with the 'Blue Flag'.

The apartment consists of: a bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower.The flat is equipped with: TV, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bed linen (first supply), air conditioning, WI-FI area (use is subject to limitations). Most of the apartments have a balcony or patio equipped with table and chairs. Moreover, inside the flat you will find an umbrella at your disposal to take with you for your days at the beach.

The Residence is located at about 1 km from the beach of Rena Bianca, where you can find establishments (for those who want to rent beach umbrellas and sunbeds), diving centres and bars and restaurants offering panoramic views on the “Bocche di Bonifacio”. The suggestive tower of Longosardo watches over the town.From the modern port you can reach Corsica and the wonderful archipelago of La Maddalena Island.Around the town there are other stunning beaches: La Marmorata, Cala Sambuco, Cala Balcaccia and Santa Reparata. Going to the promontory of Capo Testa you will find: the Rena di Ponente, the Rena di Levante, and Capicciolu.But the real symbol of Santa Teresa is: Cala Lunga (or Valle della Luna) where there are hidden coves. This is the magical setting for the Festival Musiche sulle Bocche. In the area of Palau you will find the natural pools of the Valle dell'Erica, the Porto Liscia-Sciumara beach, perfect for surfing, and the enchanting peacefulness of the Conca Verde.In a romantic pine forest at three kilometres from the town, there is the copper-clad dome of the Buoncammino church. Do not miss the “Ferrero Battery” and the Nuragic archaeological complexes: Lu Brandali and Sa Testa.

If you need any help you can go to the reception office which opens every day from 9 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out (on the day of your departure) is scheduled before 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the property, for asking the KEY BOX code for getting the keys.In case of no-communication the reception is not guaranteed and an extra charge will be required. For arrivals after 8.00 p.m. the client's telephone number is required.
