This holiday complex is on the beautiful east coast of Sardinia. The terraced house lies amidst this charming landscape. The house of around 50m² is suitable for four people. It has a living room-kitchen with an open fireplace and a sofa. There is also a dining space with a TV and a kitchen unit behind it, equipped with a gas stove and fridge with a freezer compartment. The air conditioning unit in the kitchen is positioned so that when the doors are open the cool air also reaches the bedrooms and ensures a pleasant temperature. Three steps lead to the shower room and a bedroom with a double bed 160cm wide, as well as a further bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190cm). The cosy little terraced house is ideal for families with children, as well as couples.

The holiday house has two big terraces, a garden and a little herb garden with a grill area. The terrace with garden furniture and a deckchair and a lounger invites you to relax and to have breakfast there in the morning. On the holiday club there is the club “Il Imbarcadero” with an attractive wellness area. You can use the communal pool, a tennis court with artificial grass, a small football ground, minigolf, mountain bike hire, a big fitness room, a sauna and steam bath, as well as a wellness area with treatments, all of which are payable. An Italian entertainment team provides sport and entertainment during the period 28.5. to 11.9. for a fee (aqua gymnastics, aerobic, group dances, miniclub 5-10 years, evening events). With the club card you can book the various offers on the complex. Free parking spaces are available right in front of the house on the street.

Dogs are allowed on the complex, but must be kept on the leash. A washing machine is available for your own exclusive use. A car is necessary.

It is easy and quick to grill dinner on the barbecue, or else the bistro, pizzerias and restaurants all within a few minutes’ walk invite you to call in. A little bakery (about 200 metres away) is open during the holiday period. Further shops include the supermarket on the campsite on the holiday complex (about 800 metres). From June 2018 there should be a further little supermarket on the holiday complex. In Villa putzu, Muravera or San Vito 5-7km away you can find further shops for larger shopping trips. The beach at Porto Corallo is very suitable for children, as the shore area is very gently shelved. A beach bar with good music invites you to have a coffee, a beer or an ice cream. Within 3-30km you can find further beautiful beaches, e.g. Muras, Feraxi, Costa Rei, Cala Figu, Cala Pira etc.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
