Casa Nausica is a charming flat of about 50 square metres in a residence surrounded by greenery with a sea view.
Completely renovated (end of works March 2023) and modernly furnished.
The flat overlooks the splendid sea of the Riviera dei Ciclopi and the Norman Castle of Acicastello, offering a unique panorama and view.
Fully air-conditioned, it has reserved parking space inside the residence and is ideal for 2 - 3 persons.

A terrace at the front of the whole flat offers an exclusive view of the Norman Castle and the Faraglioni of Acitrezza.

The unique panorama can be enjoyed from the terrace and from the flat.

Conditions et délais de paiement

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
