Luxury villa with prestigious finishes and a beautiful view of Etna and the sea. The villa is composed of two floors, both at garden level. Mamma Jessica has two double bedrooms (one ensuite) and a double ensuite with an added single bed. There are two other bathrooms, one next to the other double bedroom (with shower-tub) and a service bathroom in the living area. An elegant living room with a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea is adjacent to the very refined and modern kitchen which opens onto a terrace with a magnificent view of the swimming pool and the Ionian coast. The exterior has a higher garden, next to the entrance and another, of about 1000 meters with olive trees, flowers, lava stone walls, a beautiful green lawn and the swimming pool with solarium and BBQ area. Mamma Jessica is inside an exclusive residence with only other villas, all belonging to the same family unit. All the rooms of the villa overlook the garden. The villa is located 3 kilometers from the beautiful seaside village of Acitrezza full of restaurants, beaches, and with a splendid walk close to the famous Faraglioni

The beach (rocky) is just 3 kilometers away in Acitrezza and Acicastello, where you can enjoy two of the most beautiful sea villages of Sicily.
There are restaurants, lido, a castle, the renowned Faraglioni, gorgeous walking by the sea and delicious fish dishes!
We are in the eastern side of Sicily, the homeland of Etna volcano with its very special amenities such as inactive craters (the sons of Etna), caves, forests, lava flows of the past.
The pearl of Sicily, one of the worldwide masterpieces of beauty: here it is Taormina, 30 kms, an evergreen location that has attracted people since the ancient times. Archaeology, myth, a typical Arab style architecture, amazing landscapes, a blue sea, and such a noble atmosphere, gives Taormina a unique charm. A walk in Via del Corso is an unforgettable moment to do not miss among exclusive shops, delicious restaurants and coffee, stunning views of the sea, the Greek theatre, the terrifying shape of Etna volcano on the background.
Few kilometers away from Taormina downtown, here it is one of the most beautiful place in the world: Taormina mare (Mazzarò, Spisone, Isolabella), with many lido (private beaches provided with deckchairs, restaurants, beach facilities) along the coastline.
If you planned to visit Catania, 5 kms away, I suggest you to park the car in Piazza Alcalà and from there have a walk all around the town: you can start from the worldwide famous Pescheria located in Piazza Duomo (the heart of Catania) and from it approach the Via Etnea, the main street of the town, a pedestrian street with many shops, cafe's and wonderful buldings in Baroque style. Let's walk for about a kilometer, visiting the Roman amphitheatre (in Piazza Stesicoro) until arrive to the Villa Bellini (Catania's public garden).
Syracuse, with its archeological area and the wonderful Ortigia island, is 80 kms away.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
