On the north-western edge of the pool you will also find a very comfortable stone shower next to a beautiful fountain within a small area with very characteristic plants and flowers. Between the pool and the villa you will have the opportunity to make use of an additional structure with a dining area, a kitchen with a gas hob and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. Next to this small structure you will also find a very convenient barbecue that you can use for your barbecues. Inside, the villa consists on the ground floor of a huge living room with a living area equipped with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette with dining area TV and air conditioning. Behind the living room are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a very elegant bathroom with shower cubicle. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower cubicle and a bedroom with a single bed. The villa is about one kilometre from the beautiful golden beach of Alcamo Marina and about 4 kilometres from the A29 Palermo - Mazara del Vallo motorway junction, which will allow you to move in every direction on our beautiful island.
