The villa is located on the hill of Alcamo, with a beautiful view of the sea of Castellammare del Golfo, near the Monte Bonifato Nature Reserve. The house is in a very quiet area even though it is mt. 700 from Viale Europa (Alcamo's main street) and mt. 500 from a supermarket, bar, bakery, pharmacy, etc.
Villa Tommaso Maruggi consists of a ground floor with a living room with two large sofa beds, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a large terrace; the first floor has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each (for a total of 8 beds), and two bathrooms with hydromassage showers. All four bedrooms have a view of the surrounding green forest and garden. The house is furnished with period furniture, equipped with Bose music system, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, crockery, oven, fridge, TV, iron and ironing board, deckchairs, coffee machine, kettle, outdoor tables, chairs and lounge, slide and swing for the children, barbecue and outdoor shower. Hot water is provided by a photovoltaic system.
Spectacular is the large terrace with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Castellammare and, on clear days, of the island of Ustica.
Suggestive the garden, illuminated at night, with lush vegetation, Mediterranean maquis, grove is citrus garden.
A WONDERFUL SWIMMING POOL, LOCATED ON A LARGE HERBED MEADOW WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE SEA, WITH A HYDROMASSAGE AREA. In addition, a hot-water Jacuzzi with a view of the sea and the nearby islands has recently been installed!
Exceptional location due to the proximity of the mountains that guarantee fresh, clean air, excellent refreshment after a day at the sea in Alcamo Marina or Castellammare del Golfo, 10 km away.
Convenient and ample private parking. All services are 500 metres away: pharmacy, bakery, bar, supermarket, etc. The kind, discreet and helpful owners live in a small villa not far away.
The beautiful beach of Alcamo Marina is only 7 km away. The holiday house is situated in a strategic position, a few kilometres from the motorway junction for Trapani, Mazzara del Vallo and Palermo. It is well connected with the main sites of interest: ALCAMO MARINA, CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO (for boat and dinghy hire), FARAGLIONI DI SCOPELLO, SAN VITO LO CAPO, RISERVA DELLO ZINGARO with its beautiful coves surrounded by nature, the sulphurous thermal waters (TERME SEGESTANE), SEGESTA and SELINUNTE with their temples, ERICE medieval town, Balestrate, PALERMO, MARSALA, the salt pans of MOZIA, MONTE BONIFATO NATURAL RESERVE (forest with picnic area), in TRAPANI the embarkations for the Egadi islands (Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo)
