Costa Mediterranea is our proposal for an alternative and certainly cheaper holiday with the comfort of staying in a cosy villa, the possibility of reaching the beach without the use of a car, as it is located 50 metres from the sea.

Costa mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
Internally, the villa offers a comfortable kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, a dining area, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, and 3 spacious bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, Internet WI-FI , washing machine, fan and TV .

The outside area of the villa has a veranda that can be used as a dining area, a large garden and a barbecue area. In the garden there is also a shower, toilet, sink and foot wash basin, which are very useful for long afternoons sunbathing or returning from the sea. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is free of charge.

You will find a friendly, hospitable, simple and reliable atmosphere throughout your stay where you will be provided with all the information and advice you need on places, events and happenings so that you can spend a wonderful holiday according to your needs.

In addition, the villa is only a 300-metre walk from the Campofelice di Roccella train station, and on the seafront you will find several bars and restaurants within a 400-metre radius. The nearest supermarket is 600 metres from the villa.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
