This historic country estate enjoys an excellent starting point in western Sicily and a panoramic hillside location; an area dominated by vineyards: Shops and good country pubs in and near Fulgatore and Napola (2 km, a very good Sicilian country pub can be found on the road to Ballata, only approx. 1.5 km away), winery with delicious local wine in the village, motorway access 2.5 km (Palermo-Trapani), Erice 20 km, Val D'Erice 12 km, Segesta with Greek temple and ancient town 12 km, Trapani (ferry port for the Egadi islands) and the nature reserve of the salt pans 10-15 km, the sandy beaches at Marausa 15 km, but also the Punic lagoon town of Mozia, Marsala and Selinunte can be reached in less than an hour's drive! The nearby coast north of Trapani was awarded the highest distinction of 5 sails by Lega Ambiente in 2019.

The main floor (approx. 190 square metres), which is arranged in a horseshoe shape around a small agrarian garden, has been lovingly and lavishly restored: large panoramic veranda / terrace with a view of the sea on the horizon in clear weather, 2nd veranda in front of the large dining kitchen (***, off. Fireplace, brick worktop, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine), immense living-bedroom with double sofa bed and exit to veranda, study with stereo, extra bed, lounge with 2 sofa beds, Sat.TV and exit to the garden, intermediate room with single bed and air conditioning, 2 further, very spacious 3-bed rooms, 2 small new bathrooms and a large bathroom (with bathtub) The furnishings are rich and good, many valuable, old pieces in dark wood, high rooms with typical wooden beam ceilings, beautiful terracotta floors, a wood stove and a gas heater are available for the transitional period.

A private driveway leads to the property, which is situated on a hillside plot of approx. 2500 square metres, surrounded by old trees: pines, olive trees, figs, fruit trees.... It's easy to fall under the spell of the irresistible, bucolic tranquillity! A private pool (approx. 5 m x 10 m, in operation from the beginning of June to the end of September, renovated a few years ago) with a wonderful natural stone terrace further enhances the recreational value!

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
