Mamma Demetra is composed of two units beautifully renovated by the owners (Serena and Luciano): a 19th century baglio and a rural house dating back to the same period.
The property is located in the Menfi countryside about 6 km from the wonderful beach of Portopalo, which with its clean and white sand has been a Blue Flag since 1999.
Both units are on a single floor.
The former baglio has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a loft with a single bed.
The spacious living area has a modern kitchen and a cozy lounge where there is a very comfortable double sofa bed.
The exterior of the former baglio has a large pool area with another bathroom with shower, barbecue area and a series of beautiful corners, with tables and chairs, and with the sea view as a spectacular backdrop.
The second unit, the former rural house of the farmers, (not even 20 meters away) has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Here too, of course, there is an elegant living room, a beautiful kitchen, another bathroom and an outdoor area with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Portopalo.
Mamma Demetra is equipped with everything a holiday home needs for a relaxing and luxurious period of leisure.
The entire house is refined in detail, with the sandstone that decorates the walls, the terracotta of the floor that gives warmth and the wonderful Sicilian majolica that enliven the entire property.
It should be noted, at the specific indication of the owners, that the guests of Mamma Demetra can use the seasonal organic open-air vegetable garden.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
