The flat is furnished in an original and refined antique style, with white stone walls, a wooden ceiling and floors in pitch stone and decorated tiles.
The living area is a single room with a dining table and a kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and electric oven.
On a mezzanine there is a relaxation area furnished with a sitting room and TV; on the sitting room there is a ceiling window that allows a particular view of the dome of the Cathedral of San Giorgio.

The beautiful golden sandy beaches of Marina di Modica and Sampieri are 23 km away, and the Comiso 'Pio La Torre' airport is 42 km away.
