Casa Lucia is a comfortable and bright flat located in Rocchenere, a hamlet of Pagliara. The accommodation, located on the first floor, has an independent kitchen and dining area and a large living area with a double sofa bed. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The property has a furnished outdoor area to allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air. Inside the flat there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Pagliara is a small village located at an altitude of about 400 metres, with a spectacular view of the valley and the Tyrrhenian Sea. The village is characterised by narrow streets, stone houses and a quiet, typically Sicilian atmosphere. The village has a strong agricultural tradition, particularly in the cultivation of olive trees and vineyards, which contribute to the production of local oil and wine. The panorama of the coast and the Aeolian Islands is one of its strong points. Although a small centre, Pagliara allows one to immerse oneself in the serenity of the Sicilian landscape, just a few kilometres from Messina. Rocchenere, also located in the province of Messina and at a similar altitude to Pagliara, is an equally charming village. The view of the sea, which can be admired from some of the higher areas, is spectacular, offering an extraordinary glimpse, particularly at sunset. Rocchenere is an excellent starting point for exploring the Peloritani mountains and discovering the rural landscapes of the area.
