A 5-minute walk from Palermo's central station, the location is perfect for visiting the city's major centres of historical and cultural interest on foot and for day trips around Palermo by bus or train.

The flowery balcony is perfect for smokers, socialising with friendly and courteous neighbours, and enjoying the 'passío'!

The flat is composed as follows: living room with kitchenette, complete with everything you need, table with chairs and comfortable 140 cm sofa bed perfect for 1 or 2 people; bedroom with 180 cm double bed, antique solid walnut wardrobe, hot/cold air conditioning, 'bedtime corner' for adults and children; en-suite bathroom with large shower; flowery balcony with a view of the emblazoned street. The historic Ballarò market, known throughout the world, is the oldest of the city's markets, frequented daily by hundreds of people, animated by the so-called abbanniate, i.e. the noisy calls of the vendors who, with their characteristic and colourful local accent, try to attract the interest of passers-by. A symbol of perfect integration between different cultures. At night, the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful!

It is good to know that the house is on the first floor on foot, there is no lift. The structure is a duplex.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
