This is half of a duplex house with 150m² of living space. The house is in a very quiet area, about 1500 metres from the beach and with a wonderful view of the Aeolian Islands and the gulf of Patti.

Villa Fontanelle is a villa with swimming pool situated in a bi-familiar complex. The house, which is 150 s.m., is situated in a very calm place, 2 km far from the sea and it enjoys a beautiful view on the Aeolian Islands.

The house can host up to 8 people and it structured on 2 floors:

GROUND FLOOR: a kitchen, a big living/dining-room with sofa-bed for 2 guests, 1 bathroom. There's no air conditioning on the ground floor.

FIRST FLOOR: 3 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, all with air conditioning, and 1 bathroom.

The house is surrounded by a garden and has a terrace with an outdoor table so that you can enjoy your meals outside. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the sea and the Aeolian Islands and from the swimming pool it is even better: you'll feel like you can "touch the sea"!

The terrace is provided with outdoor table and chairs perfect for your outdoor meals. The owner lives in the other half of the house, the swimming pool area is therefore shared. However, the apartment has its own separate entrance and a private section of garden, so plenty of privacy is ensured. The pool is open from May to October
