The Orsa Maggiore holiday homes are located in Pozzallo, in the province of Ragusa. They are all newly built, bright, quiet and designed to accommodate up to 6 people, with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed, a large living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The holiday homes are located in a residential area 400 metres from the sea and 1 km from the village centre. Pets are not allowed in the villas.

The Orsa Maggiore holiday homes are only 400 metres from the sandy beaches of Pozzallo (Pietre Nere and Primo Scivolo), which have been awarded the Blue Flag for almost twenty years. The fine golden sand, the shallow water even at some distance from the shore and the sheltered position make the beach an ideal place for children. On the beach, it is possible to rent a sun umbrella at one of the many equipped lidos or relax on the large free beach area.

Four supermarkets with parking facilities and a wide selection of foodstuffs suitable for food intolerances (e.g. celiac disease) can be found within a radius of 700 metres. A pharmacy and medical centre are 150 metres away. A doctor's surgery is 500 metres away. A beauty centre is located nearby. Restaurants, pizzerias and bars within walking distance offer a wide variety of gastronomic options. Windsurfing, sailing and kitesurfing clubs can be found in Santa Maria del Focallo (4 km), Maganuco (8 km), Sampieri (13 km) and Marina di Ragusa (30 km). The town of Pozzallo is served by direct bus connections to Catania airport (130 km) and Comiso airport (50 km). The bus stop is only 750 metres from Villetta Orsa Maggiore. The Porto Grande offers daily tourist connections to Malta. For a more relaxed journey inland and to admire the wonders of the hybrid Baroque, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or to sample the culinary specialities of the province, a chauffeur-driven hire service is available on request.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
