The flat is located on the ground floor of a residential complex near the sea.

Outside, there is a 16 m² terrace with a sunshade, seating and a barbecue. The complex has a communal swimming pool (open from the end of June to the beginning of September). A garden with trees and flower beds surrounds the pool. Parking is available in the central car park of the complex. Two bicycles for adults and one for a child can be hired directly from the owner.
