The property is surrounded by a garden that boasts typical Sicilian trees such as carob, olive and fruit trees. Its location is central with respect to the most interesting localities of the Val di Noto, namely: Siracusa, Noto, Marzamemi, Modica, Scicli and close to the most beautiful and suggestive beaches of south-eastern Sicily. Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
