Modern and bright flat on two levels, located directly on the Syracuse waterfront with a spectacular view of the harbour

This recently renovated (2018) flat offers a living area of 65 square metres and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The flat has been furnished with care, recalling the colours and marine atmosphere, which make the rooms warm and evocative. It is located directly on the waterfront of the small harbour, where numerous sailing ships moor, and opposite the island of Ortigia.

Outside you are directly on the waterfront, where you can park for free.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. On the ground floor is the living area, with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV that can be connected to Youtube or to watch satellite channels. There is also a Netflix subscription available. The kitchen is very well equipped to give guests maximum comfort with: espresso machine, American coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, large refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, etc. Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom, with a French bed (140 cm wide) and a comfortable memory foam mattress, and next to the living room, there is the first bathroom with double washbasin, rain shower and chromotherapy. On the upper floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase, is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide) with a memory foam mattress, and a private bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. The equipment also includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There are numerous restaurants and bars, and a public beach and solarium where one can swim during the summer season. From here you can also walk to all the most important and picturesque places in Syracuse: in 10 minutes you can reach the Greek Theatre and in 5 minutes the island of Ortigia. Also not to be missed are the Monumento dei Caduti, the sepulchre of Santa Lucia, the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Lacrime and the Greek Theatre. In addition to the beautiful scenery, there are also nautical clubs offering boat excursions and much more.

From the mezzanine floor room with en suite bathroom there is an enchanting sea view with a backdrop of Ortigia and sailing ships. The shower on the ground floor is a niche with a shower head cascading from the ceiling.

The owner provides a second, smaller (45 sqm) but similarly equipped flat next door.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
