La casina del Nespolo, part of the hamlet of Pietratonda, is immersed in the green Tuscan Maremma, 4 km from Paganico. Here, in the gentle Tuscan hills, the blue of the splendid Maremma coast and the green of the imposing Mount Amiata massif meet, while the gaze wanders through the woods, pastures and cultivated fields that harmoniously surround the hamlet.

Outside, there is an equipped garden and barbecue, where you can relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside and savour the typical products of our territory: Montecucco DOC wine, extra-virgin olive oil IGP, Tuscan honey, Maremma saffron and, last but not least, the prized Chianina and Maremmana meat, perhaps to be barbecued while the sun disappears behind the horizon of Monte Leoni.

At your disposal 1 double bedroom and 1 room with 3 beds (which can become a double), spacious and cosy, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen (with electric oven and fridge), large heating room and ceiling fan.

Depending on the season, it is possible to collect woodland produce such as blackberries, asparagus, strawberry trees and mushrooms, and to spot animals such as pheasants, bee-eaters, hares, badgers, foxes, porcupines, roe deer and the majestic wild boar, symbol of the Maremma. On your arrival you will find the warm welcome of the owner and his family, who are available, if you wish, to provide information on places to visit and to organise wine and food tours in our area according to your needs.

The house, completely renovated, offers every comfort and is the ideal starting point for visits to cities of art (Siena, Florence, Massa Marittima, Volterra and San Gimignano) in the most beautiful coastal resorts (Castiglione della Pescaia, Punt'Ala, Argentario), in the quiet of the mountains (Castel del Piano and Arcidosso), in natural parks (Parco della Maremma, Oasi del Belagaio), in the renowned spa resorts (Saturnia, Petriolo and Bagno Vignoni) and in the nearby Val d'Orcia to taste Brunello di Montalcino or linger in the enchanting medieval villages where time still passes slowly in the shadow of towers and castles (Poggio alle Mura, Porrona).

The casina is in fact part of an 800-hectare farm and offers countless opportunities for recreation:
for nature lovers, walks or mountain bike rides along the paths in our woods to breathe in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub, the balsamic scent of the pines and admire the majestic cork trees; for lovers of hunting and fishing, there is a wild boar dog training area and two lakes for sport fishing;
possibility of bathing in the lakes (included in the price); for archaeology lovers, excavations are underway to bring to light a Roman villa with calidarium or to visit the mining village of Pietratonda, site of intense mining activity in the past century.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
