Ce logement de vacances pour 6 personnes dispose de deux salles de bains et de trois chambres à coucher. Le logement de vacances est équipé de un feu ouvert. The vacation home is located in Fercole, 5 km from Terme di Petriolo, between Siena and Grosseto.
A quiet and relaxing location, but close to the main roads: an excellent starting point for discovering the art, landscapes, wine and history of the Tuscan Maremma.

The house is complete with accessories and kitchen equipment. The large living room with kitchenette is located on the first floor and can be used for al fresco dinners and breakfasts in the shade of the pergola in summer. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the microwave to the dishwasher. The old stone walls guarantee a pleasant temperature even on hot days.

There are three bright rooms on offer. They are all located on the upper floor; the largest room has space for an extra bed and has its own bathroom; the other two rooms share a bathroom and the beds can be single or double. In the winter months, the fireplace heats the water for the showers and the radiators in the rooms. The house is environmentally friendly: solar panels generate electricity and provide hot water.
Bed linen and towels, if provided, are changed weekly. A washing machine is available.

The garden is fenced, safe for children and small four-legged friends, is shared with the other apartment (maximum 2 people), each apartment has an area of the garden reserved for outdoor dining.
The swimming pool in the middle of a shady meadow is for the exclusive use of guests (max. 8 people). It is located in a garden separate from the house (not fenced), to which you have to cross the road, so there is no risk of children approaching on their own or disturbing other guests. There is also a barbecue in the garden for barbecues.

A car is necessary for shopping and to be independent. The bus stop about 1 km away allows you to reach the center of Florence in about 80 minutes without traffic stress. A traffic-calmed street separates the house from the rear garden, where the swimming pool is located. Plenty of space for parking.

5 km from the house are the thermal baths of Petriolo, where you can relax in the natural sulphur water pools and the river Farma. Numerous routes on foot or by bike allow you to explore the area. Small grocery stores and restaurants can be found in the nearby villages of Casal di Pari and Pari.
In Paganico (13 km) you will find a bank, a doctor's surgery, a pharmacy, a good butcher's shop and other stores, while for larger shopping centers and supermarkets you will have to drive to Grosseto or Siena.
A vacation at Isola delle Api offers not only the opportunity to relax in contact with nature, but also to discover many small and large historical and artistic treasures unknown to the tourist in a hurry: an excellent starting point to get to know the places and history of the Maremma. Siena is only thirty minutes away by car. Florence, on the other hand, with its artistic treasures, is easily reached by car or bus to free yourself from the city traffic.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
