The villa is located in Foiano della Chiana Via del Porto 18 in the province of Arezzo, Region Tuscany, Italy about 800 metres from the town centre in a very quiet area served by a paved road with little traffic.

The villa has 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 10-12 people. On the living area there is a large living room with sofas, satellite TV, elegant seating, a large fireplace with seating at the sides and a table for 12 persons. On the ground floor there is also a large fully equipped kitchen with a table for 12 persons.
