Villetta Jolie is located in the municipality of Impruneta, in a hilly area on the outskirts of Florence, situated on a gentle slope that offers an extraordinary view of the surrounding landscape. The view is suggestive during the day, thanks to the beauty of the Tuscan countryside, and even more fascinating at night, when it is possible to admire a unique starry sky, visible directly from the bedroom. Villetta Jolie is reached via a convenient driveway that leads to a large private car park. Climbing a small flight of steps leads to the private garden, surrounded by woodland, immediately at the entrance to the cottage. The entrance leads to the living area, consisting of a living room and fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table and a double sofa bed. A small hallway leads to the double bedroom, which is very bright and has access to the garden and the panoramic terrace. Adjacent is the bathroom, complete with bath, shower and double washbasin. There is an illuminated walk-in wardrobe, equipped with a sliding door. The flat has heating and air conditioning, a washing machine and is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable holiday. In the garden there are two shady tables, ideal for eating or relaxing while sipping a coffee.
