This beautiful holiday home is just a few minutes' walk (500 m) from the extraordinarily well-preserved, walled medieval village of Lucignano, famous for its unique elliptical shape and concentric streets.

This villa is situated on a hill surrounded by olive trees and offers a breathtaking view of the most beautiful part of Lucignano and the Val di Chiana. The house is divided into two large separate lodgings.
The owners, a couple with a dog and some cats, live in one half of the house.
Guests have at their disposal a large flat, completely on the ground floor and with an independent entrance (3-4 steps to enter).
The large garden and the swimming pool (10x5 m, open from May to September) are at the guests' disposal and are shared with the owners.
The property is fenced off and pets are welcome.

The 100 sqm flat has a beautiful furnished private terrace where you can dine al fresco.
The house can accommodate up to 6 persons and has 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single beds), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub with overhead shower, hairdryer), a fully equipped kitchen with dining area (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle) and a living room with TV (no satellite).
