Casa Ilenia is a charming detached Tuscany stone house in the middle of a wood with private pool and new facilities, suitable for 2 to 5 people. The kitchen is a super kitchen, where all furniture and utensils are new and of the finest quality. The sleeping area consists of 2 double rooms and a small single room. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The pool is situated directly at the house in sunny position. The outside area surrounding the house is an oak grove, there is enough shade to always find a cosy spot, the pool area is directly in the sun, here you can relax and tan. The outdoor area is completely fenced in. Pets are allowed on request and will find here a special ambience in which they are guaranteed to feel comfortable. The special thing about this holiday home is its unique location in the middle of an oak grove, all on its own, with its own pool, garden and beautiful furnishings, the rooms are furnished with antique furniture, the bathrooms and kitchen supermodern and of the highest standard - in short, a feel-good house for a family or couple. Children are absolutely safe here, no traffic in sight, and adults will find pure relaxation, good air and peace all day long. For shopping you can drive in a few minutes to Marciano della Chiana, where there are still many small retail shops. Ristorantes, pizzerias, ice-cream parlours can be found in all the small towns in the area: Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Foiano della Chiana, Cesa.
