Splendid 340 m² villa, located 6 km from Monsummano Terme, a renowned spa resort known for its wellness treatments, and nearby Montecatini.

The villa is furnished in a modern style, favouring elegant shapes and colours. It is also the perfect place for those who want to spend a holiday in absolute privacy, relaxation and tranquillity in the Tuscan countryside, but also want to have shops and transport nearby. The nearest town, Cintolese, with shops, supermarkets, etc., is only 1.5 km away.

The villa is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden, equipped with a pergola for outdoor lunches and dinners, a barbecue and a relaxation area, next to the large L-shaped swimming pool (11 x 7 m, with an extension of 4 x 5 m).
The villa can accommodate up to 13 persons on two floors.
Ground floor: There are various open spaces, divided into a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen (cooker, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, blender, toaster, American coffee and espresso machine, ice machine), a living room with sofas and satellite TV and stereo system. First floor: 4 double rooms with satellite TV, all with private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Three of them have an additional single bed. Another living room with satellite TV: this area is only accessible by lift from the spa.
