This splendid 18th-century villa with exclusive pool is located near the beautiful spa town of Monsummano Terme, immersed in the lush Valdinievole countryside. The villa is a typical Tuscan stone house set in a large garden with an infinity pool with hydromassage (12 x 6 m, depth 1.40 m, open from mid-April to mid-October). The pool and the property enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding hillsides, rich in olive groves and woods, and are ideally located for those seeking peace and relaxation. Below the pool is a changing room with shower and toilet facilities. The garden also hosts a furnished gazebo, perfect for dining al fresco, a barbecue and a children's playground with swing and slide. Elegantly furnished with antiques, the 500 m² villa can accommodate up to 19 persons and is spread over two levels plus a mezzanine. The ground floor consists of a living room with a double-sided fireplace, which leads to another living room with a dining area and a table for 16 persons; a main kitchen, fully equipped (side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, mocha coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer) with a table for 8 persons, fireplace and antique bread oven; another dining room for 8 persons a third living room with a double sofa bed, a beautiful antique fireplace and a game table; a TV room with satellite TV (Netflix, Bose Bluetooth acoustic speakers, VCR/DVD), a double sofa bed, a piano and an electric keyboard; a billiard room; a second well-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster) with a table for 6; two bathrooms with a hydro-massage shower; a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
